These are pictures from George's first Day Out with Thomas at the Strasburg Railroad. Sorry about the camera malfunction, it wasn't 2004, but October of 2006, I was pregnant with Sophia, that's my excuse and I am standing by it.
My kids have grown up on the Strasburg Railroad. We have gone every year since this first time back in 2006. If you haven't been there you must go, at least once. The kids have a blast, and we love it as much as they do. If you haven't been or are looking to go back, here's your chance! Enter my Strasburg Railroad giveaway! One lucky entrant will win a family 4pk of tickets to the Strasburg Railroad's Day Out with Thomas.

ReplyDeleteWhao.. My boys will be simply thrilled if they had the chance to go ride on Thomas.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun pics Thomas is a big favourite :-)
ReplyDeleteGreat photos! My 7 year old was nuts about Thomas the Train for years. What she would've given to have rode Thomas the Train at least once. :)
ReplyDeleteKristi, Live and Love...Out Loud
@TweetingMama
We only watch them on TV. :(
ReplyDeleteThese pics really make my heart happy after a stressful week. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteSuper fun! I wish I lived nearby, because my son would lurve that.
ReplyDeleteSo sweet! I think my son would just about die with excitement if he got to "meet" Thomas!
ReplyDeleteLooks like great fun; we live too far away, so I'm not entering the giveaway. However, it looks like you're making some great memories for your family.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun! We visited with Thomas many years ago when my oldest was a toddler. It's just one of those things you have to do at least once, isn't it? The railroad company in our area also hosts a Polar Express every year. I've been wanting to do that for ages, but we never seem to make it down that way.
ReplyDeleteAll kids love Thomas, don't they? We have a relatively local steam train that does Thomas days, we really should go one day :)
ReplyDeleteHappy WW!
very nice. We love to ride the train at Strasburg. Although we haven't been on the Thomas yet. He will be coming to your railroad museum for a trip around town. Critter would love it!
ReplyDeleteA day out with Thomas is so much fun!
